When you proceed from the Checkout Page to the Payment Process you are taken to a payment gateway, SagePay or PayPal, to enter you payment details. This is a separate highly secure website run by the payment gateway companies. They will take your payment and encrypt the details that are transmitted to them. When your payment has been approved you will be returned to the Phoenix Instinct website and we are informed that a payment has been approved by the banks. At no time do we ever see any details of your payment and no credit/debit card details are stored or can be accessed by us. This simplifies the process for us and ensures that you have maximum security when purchasing from us.
